We offer a range of services, including temporary housing, counseling, job training, and legal assistance. Our goal is to provide victims with the resources they need to succeed.

We rely on the support of volunteers to help us fulfill our mission. Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to make a long-term commitment, we have opportunities for everyone.

The Haven provides survivors with emergency shelter, crisis intervention, safety planning, counseling and other direct victim services that aid in the well-being of our clients turning them from victim to survivor. Our services are a benefit to the community in that The Haven provides awareness, education, and preventative programs that help to identify abusive behaviors as well as provides services to those who are victimized. The Haven defines success by each client it serves.

The mission of The Haven is to reduce the incidence and the impact of domestic violence and /or sexual assault in McCulloch, Mason, Menard, Kimble and Concho and surrounding areas by providing services and support that empower victims to rebuild their lives and regain their dignity within a safe and caring community.

The Haven Family Shelter (Hope Haven) was established in 1999 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to provide a safe environment to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
